The second revision and compilation working conference of the national standard "Factory Design Standard for Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Displays" was successfully held in Shenzhen.

From October 22nd to 23rd, 2025, the second revision and compilation working conference of the national standard "Factory Design Standard for Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Displays" (GB 51136-2015) was successfully held in Shenzhen. This meeting aims to adapt to the rapid development of new display technologies and comprehensively revise the standards that have been implemented for many years, which will regulate and guide the high-quality development of display factory construction in our country.     More than 30 leaders and experts from the Standards and Quotas Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the China Electronics Engineering Design Institute Co., LTD., as well as design institutes, well-known enterprises and research institutions attended the meeting. Yan Bin, the chairman of Shenzhen Zhongjian South Environment Co., LTD., the co-organizer of the conference, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. In his speech, Chairman Yan Bin extended a warm welcome to all the leaders and experts present. Meanwhile, the revision work is closely integrated with the national strategies of "high-quality development" and "green and low-carbon", aiming to incorporate the digital technologies that have been widely applied in display device factories into the standards, and to coordinate well with relevant professional norms such as fire protection, environmental protection, and smoke prevention and exhaust. The experts attending the meeting spoke freely and had a thorough discussion on the draft of the standard revision chapter by chapter and article by article, laying a solid foundation for the next stage of revision work.   During the conference, the experts were also invited to visit the headquarters of Shenzhen Zhongjian South, gaining a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of its R&D strength and manufacturing capabilities.
