The 21st China Animal Husbandry Expo opened grandly at the Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center. Photovoltaic cell manufacturing   Air filter: 1.Grinding: Before grinding on the surface of the silicon wafer, it is necessary to use an air filter to filter the air to avoid dust, impurities into the grinding liquid. 2.Dye sensitization: Dye sensitization needs to be done in a sterile room or clean room, using a high efficiency air filter to filter the air to avoid contamination with impurities such as microorganisms and dust. 3.Evaporation of metal: The evaporation of metal needs to be carried out in a vacuum chamber, and the air is filtered using an ultra-high efficiency air filter to prevent impurities such as dust and microorganisms entering the vacuum chamber from affecting the purity and uniformity of the evaporated metal.   Chemical filter： The manufacturing of solar crystalline silicon cells involves film deposition and coating steps, which may involve the use of organic solvents, adhesives and other coatings. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in these materials can be released into the air, posing a potential risk to employee health and the workshop environment. Chemical filters can be used to remove VOCs from the air, purify and reduce pollution to the environment.   Photovoltaic module manufacturing The manufacturing of photovoltaic modules also needs to be carried out in a clean environment. In the production line, it is necessary to use high efficiency air filters to filter the air to avoid dust, microorganisms and other impurities attached to the surface of the photovoltaic module, affecting the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the module.   Air filter: 1.Cutting: When cutting silicon wafers, it is necessary to use high efficiency air filters to filter the air to avoid dust, impurities into the cutting fluid. 2.Welding: The battery pieces of the component need to be connected by cable, so the air needs to be filtered by air filter in the process of connecting the cable to avoid dust, impurities attached to the cable surface.   Chemical filter： During the silicon cleaning and milling process, chemical solutions and substances such as acids and bases may be used to remove impurities, oxides and other contaminants. Chemical filters can be used to treat the resulting exhaust gas and remove harmful gases and chemicals produced during the process.   High temperature resistant filter： 1.Heat treatment and baking: In the photovoltaic manufacturing process, heat treatment and baking steps may be required, such as silicon wafer annealing, film drying, etc. These steps are usually performed at high temperatures and can produce particulate matter, gases, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). High temperature air filters can be used to remove particles and pollutants from the air, ensuring purity and product quality in heat treatment and baking processes. 2.Cleaning and corrosion treatment: Cleaning and corrosion treatment steps in photovoltaic manufacturing may need to be carried out in high temperature environments. In these steps, chemical solutions and substances such as acids and bases may be used, and the exhaust gases produced need to be treated. High temperature resistant air filters can be used to remove harmful gases and chemicals from exhaust gases, protecting the workshop environment and the safety of employees. 3.Glass coating and packaging: In the manufacturing of photovoltaic modules, steps such as glass coating and packaging may be required. High-temperature materials and adhesives may be used in these steps, and high-temperature environments and processes are involved. High temperature resistant air filters can be used to filter particles and impurities in the air, ensuring the quality and finish of coatings and packages. 4.Atmosphere control and hot air circulation: In a photovoltaic manufacturing shop, atmosphere control and hot air circulation may be required to maintain specific process conditions and temperatures. High temperature resistant air filters can be used to filter particles and impurities in the air to ensure the purity and stability of the atmosphere.   Photovoltaic power generation project construction In the construction of a photovoltaic power station, the collector line needs to be installed between the component and the inverter, so the air in the collector line pipeline needs to be clean. Shenzhen ZhongJian South Air Purification Technology Research Institute was established in April 2018, the laboratory began preparations in 2016, which area over 500 square meters, with 40 sets of instruments and equipment, it is a testing institution of air purification products with strong technical force and the most advanced testing equipment in South China.   The laboratory owns a multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals who can test various air purification products using national and international general testing standards.We are Cooperating with Xi 'an Jiaotong University, National Household Appliance Research Institute and other institutions to continuously improve the level of laboratory testing.   The institute has established a scientific quality management system according to ISO 17025, and has obtained CNAS accreditation certificate.   In the scope of the laboratory to ensure that all services provided for customers are in line with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, in order to meet or even exceed customer requirements, make full use of good management system to carry out basic management work, to ensure that the work is efficient and orderly to carry out, to provide customers with good service, establish a good company image and reputation.
