Description
ZJNF Custom Air (HEPA) Filter Ccleanroom Laminar Flow Hood For Air Cleaning Equipment

A laminar flow hood is a local purification device that generates vertical unidirectional airflow by processing air through high-efficiency filters via a top-mounted fan, creating a high-cleanliness area (ISO 5) within a low-cleanliness environment. It primarily consists of core components such as the housing, fan, high-efficiency filtration system, and damping layer, and is categorized into three types based on installation method: suspended, floor-standing, and mobile.

The core working principle is as follows: The fan draws air in, filters it through a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter, equalizes pressure via a damping layer, and ultimately generates a uniform vertical unidirectional airflow, ensuring high cleanliness within the work area. This equipment is widely used in precision manufacturing fields with stringent cleanliness requirements, such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, semiconductors, and biological laboratories, for key process isolation.

The air velocity and airflow of a laminar flow hood are key parameters affecting the cleanliness effect. In a Class 100 cleanroom, the air velocity is typically maintained at around 0.45 meters per second, with an airflow generally exceeding 3,000 cubic meters per hour. During installation, ensure a level deviation of ≤1/1,000 and a height deviation of ±1mm, while implementing proper sealing and vibration isolation measures. Routine maintenance requires periodic replacement of HEPA filters and monitoring of fan conditions.
